About AH Consultancy

What services does AH Consultancy offer?

AH Consultancy provides Process Tools, Small Website Setup, Social Media support, Data Insights, Copywriting, and Business Documents. The focus is practical work that helps you stand out online, reduce unnecessary admin, communicate clearly, and understand your information more easily.

Who does AH Consultancy work with?

I mainly support businesses and organisations, but I can also work with individuals who need one of these services. The work can be a single focused project or a combination of services where that makes more sense.

Where is AH Consultancy based?

AH Consultancy is based in Suffolk, England, and works with clients across the UK. Most projects can be completed remotely through email, phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and shared project files.

Can I use more than one service?

Yes. Services can be combined. For example, a new website may also need copywriting, business documents, social media content, data reporting, or a small process tool. I will keep the work joined up so the different parts feel consistent.

Process Tools

What is a Process Tool?

A Process Tool is a lightweight digital tool designed around a specific task or workflow. Examples can include web-based forms, calculators, diaries, simple dashboards, document helpers, data-entry tools, and small scripts that remove repetitive manual steps.

What can a Process Tool help with?

Process Tools can reduce admin time, standardise repetitive tasks, improve self-service, make information easier to collect, and give staff or customers a clearer way to complete a process. The aim is to solve a practical problem without introducing unnecessary complexity.

Do Process Tools need to replace my existing systems?

No. They can sit alongside the systems you already use. A small tool can fill a gap, simplify one part of a process, or provide a clearer front end for a task without replacing a larger system.

Small Website Setup

What is a Small Website Setup?

A Small Website gives your business a clean, fast, and personal online presence without unnecessary complexity. It is ideal when you want a professional website that works well, explains what you do clearly, and does not need constant maintenance.

Do your websites include SEO?

Yes. Each website is structured with search visibility in mind, including clear page hierarchy, useful metadata, readable content, sensible internal linking, mobile-friendly layouts, performance considerations, and accessible markup. The exact work depends on the site and its goals.

Do you optimise websites for AI-powered search?

Yes. I structure pages so important information is explicit, well organised, and easy to interpret. Clear headings, direct answers, descriptive page content, consistent business information, structured data where appropriate, and useful internal links can help both traditional search engines and AI-powered search or answer tools understand the site more accurately.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes, depending on how the existing site is built. I can review structure, content, usability, performance and search visibility, then recommend or make practical improvements without changing more than necessary.

Social Media

What does Social Media support include?

Social Media support can include branded post creation, one-off or reusable content, campaign content, adverts, content planning, scheduling, and ongoing content management. The aim is a professional presence that feels human and consistent with your wider brand.

Can you create social media adverts and campaigns?

Yes. I can create campaign graphics, advert content and supporting copy designed around a clear message or objective. These can be prepared as one-off campaigns or as part of a reusable content plan.

Can social media content be scheduled in advance?

Yes. Posts and campaigns can be planned and scheduled ahead of time where the platform supports it, reducing the amount of day-to-day work needed to keep your channels active.

Data Insights

What are Data Insights?

Data Insights turn unclear or unprocessed everyday information into patterns, summaries and visuals that are easier to understand and act on. I sort and tidy the data, highlight the metrics that matter, and present the findings in plain English.

Is Data Insights limited to Excel?

No. Excel can be useful, but the service is about the data and the question you are trying to answer, not one particular program. Depending on the project, the output could include cleaned datasets, charts, dashboards, summaries, reports, or a combination of these.

What can Data Insights help me understand?

It can help reveal performance trends, changes over time, differences between products or services, recurring issues, customer or operational patterns, and other useful signals hidden inside everyday business data.

Copywriting

What types of copywriting do you provide?

I can write or refine website copy, articles, brochures, service descriptions, business content and other material where the wording needs to be clear, professional, natural and aligned with your brand.

Do you write long-form articles?

Yes. Article writing can include structuring a topic, shaping the argument or narrative, improving readability, integrating references where appropriate, and keeping the tone consistent across a longer piece of content.

How do you keep copy clear and on-brand?

I focus on structure, tone and reader intent. The writing should make it easy for people to understand what you offer, what you want them to know, and what you want them to do next, without sounding generic or unnecessarily complicated.

Business Documents

What types of Business Documents can you create?

Business Documents can include ready-to-use templates for everyday operations, proposals, policies, internal guides, customer documents, receipts, packing slips, email templates and other repeatable business material that needs to look consistent and professional but personal.

Can documents be tailored to my business?

Yes. Templates can be adapted around your branding, tone, workflow and practical requirements so they feel like part of your business rather than a generic document downloaded from elsewhere.

Why are some document examples not shown publicly?

Some documents can contain confidential, sensitive, contractual or context-specific information, so not every type can be safely replicated or displayed as a public portfolio example. Where a public example is shown, it may use a fictional company and fictional details purely to demonstrate the design and structure.

Do Business Documents replace professional legal advice?

No. I can create and structure business documents and templates, but a document that requires formal legal advice or legal approval should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional for your specific circumstances.

How I work

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most projects are delivered remotely, which makes it possible to work with clients across the UK. Communication can be handled through email, phone, Microsoft Teams or Zoom depending on what suits the project.

How do we get started?

Start by telling me what you are working on, what is not working well, or what you want to achieve. I will help you work out the simplest, most effective next step and confirm the likely scope before work begins.

How much does a project cost?

Pricing depends on the type of work, complexity, amount of content or data involved, and whether the project is a one-off task or something ongoing. Once I understand what you need, I can confirm the scope and expected cost before work starts.

How long does a project take?

Timescales depend on the size and complexity of the work. A focused template, piece of copy or small tool may be quicker than a website, larger data project or multi-part content package. I will agree a realistic timescale with you before starting.
