About me

I work across a wide range of IT roles — from technical support to system administration, data analysis, and digital content management. My day-to-day work keeps me hands-on with both people and technology, solving problems and improving systems to make things run more efficiently. I first started in business administration and gradually moved into IT, discovering how the two overlap in improving operations and workflows. During COVID, I began taking on small personal projects that strengthened my technical skills, and that experience has since grown into a key part of my professional life. I now work as an IT Officer within an NHS GP practice, managing and developing systems that support staff and patient care. Outside of that, I’m also studying law. This allows me to expand from IT but also offer practical business templates, policies, and contracts that strengthen the operational side of work. For me, IT is both a career and a creative outlet. I focus on functionality, reliability, and innovation, tailoring every project to the specific goals and needs of the people I work with.
