What the chatbot is for
The WhatsApp chatbot is there to help signpost you to the right place , such as information on specific services, how to get in touch, or where to find the right page on our site.
No storage or logs
The chatbot does not keep conversation logs. We do not store names, phone numbers, message content, or any other personal information from the chatbot.
WhatsApp processing
WhatsApp (Meta) will process messages and metadata as part of providing the WhatsApp service. AH Consultancy does not download or retain this information from the chatbot.
